blender
bowl/glass
Ingredients
1 cup sliced mango
2 frozen sliced bananas
1 tbsp orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
12 oz vaylen plain greek yoghurt
1 tsp ground linseed
pinch of cinnamon
granola (for topping)
Method
Step 1
Placed sliced bananas in the freezer for an hour or more, depending on how thick you want the mixture to be.
Step 2 Remove the banana then add to the blender along the remaining ingredients except for the granola.
Step 3: Pulse in the blender in 10 second intervals until the mixture is smooth.
Step 4: Pour the mixture into your bowl/glass and add the granola on top to garnish. Enjoy!
Tip: If you want your smoothie less thick, feel free to add your preferred milk while blending.
