Utensils Needed:
blender
sieve
Ingredients
1 ½ cups of dried coconut
2 cups of whole milk
½ cup of water
½ cup granulated sugar or sweetener of choice
½ teaspoon mixed essence
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
Method
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 2 Remove from blender and strain to remove access coconut and spices.
Step 3 Refrigerate or serve with ice.
