Chefs' Alliance works year round to promote locally-based chefs who actively engage small-scale producers and promote good quality local and sustainably produced food. These chefs use seasonal indigenous food, helping to raise awareness of traditionally bajan fruits, vegetables, ground provisions and other products. Changing the menu to support our local food system and increase food security. We work to forge relationships between chefs and producers, creating the important foundations to defend our local food heritage. During this 2020 pandemic the Chefs' Alliance has partnered with Slow Food Barbados to provide wholesome soup to those in need through the Slow Soup drive.
